Update: Vodafone has posted an update on their site: Preview Version v4.06.01.00 should be compatible with Lion (10.7) although it is currently under testing.
Mobile Reading the page referenced by your link, I noticed it clearly states that the K3771 modem is NOT supported by Vodafone mobile relate v4.01.12.00 software, the most Holocene epoch variation on Vodafone's Australian website. O2 gave us a better response, acknowledging Snow Leopard causes problems with its Huawei dongles, but when we asked for a solution, we were slapped with a three page PDF setting out a complicated work-around.
